Gynecologists Alert: Never Ignore These 6 Menstrual Problems!

1. Absent Menstruation

If you have 2 or more cycles exempted, and you are sure that you aren’t pregnant, it can be because of few, bad things. The reasons can be thyroid problems, hormonal imbalance, diet, excessive workouts, premature menopause or stress. The absent menstruation can lead to growth of abnormal cells, which is the potential condition before the cancer. Besides the usual treatment, the gynecologist has to do a blood test and to check the levels of your hormones, your thyroid, and also he should check if you have polycystic ovaries.

2. Intensive and sudden cramps

If your cramps cause you unbearable pain, you might suffer from endometriosis. The endometriosis is a health condition in which those cells that grow inside of your uterus are beginning to grow from the external wall and they can cause abnormal and bad pain. 4. Excessive bleeding or long cycle that lasts more than ten days.

The excessive bleeding can be a symptom of health problems, like polyps, fibroids, or adenomyosis (that is when the endometric tissue grows inside the uterus’s muscle walls) that can cause anemia. This type of condition needs urgent medical intervention. This condition can be a sign of hyperplasia or myoma.

5. Unbearable symptoms of PMS

If you have premenstrual dysphoric disorder, and that is worse than the PMS or premenstrual syndrome. The symptoms for this include changes in the mood, uncontrolled food cravings, great anxiety, depression, losing your own control, and rage. These symptoms can be so unpleasant, but with the use of antidepressants for two weeks or one month, it will make a big difference.

6. “Distressed” hormones

During the menstrual cycle, some things can get pretty worse. If you have an asthma, and you feel really bad one week before the cycle, you have to know that is not a coincidence. There is one phenomenon that is known as premenstrual magnification, where the conditions like depression, arthritis or diabetes get much worse when you have a menstruation. You have to consult the doctor about the medication that you should drink before the cycle, because it will help you to feel better.
